Well Worn Spring Mani

Good Morning Lovelies!

Today I'm gonna show you what I sported for Easter.  Sadly though, I didn't get to take a pic until Monday night, and after all the weekend playing and cooking, it is in kinda bad shape.  But it was so nice and bright and Springy I had to share anyway!

First I gotta give credit where credit is due (it really bugs me when bloggers don't do this!  If you use someone's idea, GREAT!  That's why we all do this right?  But at least give them credit for having the idea in the first place.  Am I alone in this thinking?........guys?.......hello.......::::crickets chirping:::::....ok, moving on!)
I saw Doo's Stripes HERE and just HAD to do stripes!  but I also wanted Polkadots again....my answer, BOTH!

I started out with 1 coat of Sally Hansen Insta-Dri in "Whirlwind White"

I used the following polishes:
Yellow - China Glaze "Lemon Fizz"
Pink - Color Club "She's So Glam"
Purple - Franken that is a near dupe for OPI "Do You Lilac It?"
Blue - Franken
Green - Franken of Pure Ice "Wild Thing" and white

WARNING:  CHIPTASTIC-NESS TO FOLLOW

So bright and fun!

That's it for today my wonderful readers!

Have a great day!

Elizabeth,
Actually no! It took maybe a half hour tops. I had the base on already, so when I sat down I went straight into the color, so that helped shave off a few minutes. I also just used the polish brushes to make the stripes rather than an artist brush

This is adorable. I always worry that I might unintentionally 'copy' someone's idea. There are so many nail blogs and so many entries, who knows? The chances are pretty good that someone might do that. I don't know if ideas are copy righted anyways. >.>;;

Ayuu,
Thanks!

ThRiSzHa,
Thanks hun!

Skulda,
Thanks girl!
And No, that's not what I meant at all! I 100% know ideas aren't copyrighted. My deal is that a few times I've seen people comment on a mani on someone's blog about how great it is and then just days later post their version on their blog with no mention of the original. To me it's just being nice, sharing the love, and giving props where it's due!
