First a note to Michelle that asked a question abotu the flakies I sent Nihrida. I cannot remember what exactly they are called, I will take a picture of the bottle tonight and post it tomorrow for ya hun! I did get ti at Micheal's Craft store though. And just fyi, the color dissolves once it has sat in polish for like 10 minutes, so it needs to be either mixed and immediately applied, or sprinkled on wet polish and sealed with top coat. And tell your mom I said Hi and thank you! I'll pass along the compliment!
Ok, back to today's post...
First I just gotta get this outa my system.....
WOOOOOOOOOOOHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I set a new personal record on Bench last night! I benched 210lbs! I am so excited I was bouncing around all evening! Not only is it exciting to do, but to do it while dieting down (which usually means less strength and less energy) is just the icing on the cake! And it went up so easy! I was SHOCKED! Rob said he should have loaded at least 215, cause 210 went up so easy he has no doubt I coulda gotten it! I'm not trying to gloat, or fish for compliments, I am just so thrilled I had to share!
Ok on to today's mani!
You know now I was talking about Rob polish hunting for me yesterday? Well...he isn't the only one! About a week or so ago, we went to Mom's for dinner (we go every Tuesday night), and she handed me 3 polishes she had picked up for me when she made a recent dollar store run! They ROCKED! I never have luck finding good polish there! I forgot to take a pic of the other two, but I have 1 to show you today!
Sally Hansen "Sassy Frost"
It's on of those "It's grey, NO it's Khaki Green, NO, it's gold, No..." Kinda colors!
It reminds me of tweed almost. And as soon as I saw it I know what I wanted to do with it!
I started off with 3 coats of the Sally Hansen "Sassy Frost"
Then I broke out M63 and stamped on the hounds tooth pattern with black special polish.
I absolutely LOVED the way this came out!
See, in the sun you can see the greyish tone a bit.
Well folks, that's it for today!
I hope you all have a wonderful day!
