Apothica Giveaway!!!

Good Morning Lovelies!

I am so excited to have the opportunity to share this with you today!

First of all I want to introduce you all to a brand that I have never featured here on Kronicles of a Konad-er!
And that brand is Essie!  Essie nail polish is Big 3 Free, meaning it is free from DBP, toluene, and formaldehyde, which is something that is very important to me.  They offer a wide range of colors.  Let’s take a look at just a few examples from various seasons shall we?

Tart Deco

 Peach cream.
2 coats

 Pink Parka
 Neon Pink
2 coats

Material Girl
 Wine jelly!
3 coats
(the uneven-ness you see is the polish settling into the damage in my nail.  Had I worn a base coat this would have been WAY more even)

A big problem for me has always been getting my hands on Essie, as I don’t have a good source for them.
The only store locally that sells them seems to be perpetually out of stock!

Well fear no more my lovely readers, Apothica to the rescue!

This awesome site is not only a fantastic spot to load up on Essie and  Lippmann Collection, but they are also a great place to get awesome cosmetics brands like Stila, Too Faced and Smashbox!

Ready for the most exciting part?  Apothica wants to give one of my amazing readers (that’s you!) a $25 Gift Card to buy anything your little heart desires!  YAY!

Here’s what you need to know!  Please read carefully, I wanna make sure all you lovelies have the best shot at winning!

I really like Essie polishes. They tend to last longer on my nails than some polishes do. I really love Aruba Blue.

The Essie nail polishes I have seen really have bright fun colors but I can't find them around me in the colors I want v_v my stores never come out with the holiday colors just the main line...which I have tried only one color but love it a basic lite pink for frenchie look...

I like how I can shop the 3 sister sites of Apothica, SkincareRX, and SkinBotanica all in one cart.

I love Essie's jelly-cremes but dislike the skinny brush because I have wide nail beds.

i love sew psyched and am glad to see Essie bringing out more and more greens

I can't find Essie polishes here in Italy, that's why I only own one: the Matte about you. I can't do comparisons wiht "normal" Essie polishes, but I can do compare it with another matte finisher that I own. Essie is much better in finish (not leaving strikes or white spots) and lasting. Overall I very like it!

I love Essie polishes, my only gripe is that it is hard to find decent colors near where I live. Target stocks them, but it is mostly boring reds and nudes. Yawn. So I'm super excited to learn about Apothica!

I'm really loving all the greens and gliters. They're the ones I'll be buying.

I can't believe I missed this giveaway and haven't entered yet:)

Please enter me! I follow you via GFC, my email is fleurs dot nails at gmail dot com. I also follow Apothica on FB and Twitter.

And as for Essie - I love their formula, but hate the price:) Where I live, Essie polishes retail for 12€ (16,5USD), whics is a little too much for me. So yes, I'd love some free polish shopping!:)

- I LOVE Essie polish! The last one I bought was Sew Psyched a couple weeks ago. I was actually in Ulta looking at the OPI polishes on sale and commented to some other ladies that were looking at the Fall and Winter Essie collections about how when I wear Sew Psyched I get more nail related compliments than usual. They ended up buying Sew Psyched, Merino Cool, and a couple other colors. I rock! Haha!

Apothica looks neat...I only have a couple polishes from Essie, but like them, especially Porcini. Though the application isn't always the greatest...

I dont' know how I missed this one!! Thanks for the reminder on your current post.

I have never tried Essie before, but I've had my eye on Wicked for a while. And I've been on a green kick lately, so Pretty Edgy could definitely find it's way in to my basket.

I just sent you an email. :)

One of the main reasons why I like Essie nail polishes is their long lasting power.

Murphette said...

I've never used Essie polishes! I've seen them at Meijer and wanted to try them but nail polish isn't really in the budget.

I've seen some really pretty colors and lots of good reviews. Can't wait to try them :)

I love essie nail polishes but in my country are expensive and very difficult to get!

Thifa said...

I've only recently tried Essie polishes and I am still impressed with the quality. One coat, excellent formula! Really amazed

I love Essie polishes! Even before the polish bug bit me, I owned a bottle of Wicked, and since then, I've acquired quite a few more! I'll be curious to see how they do now that L'Oreal bought them.

My favorite Essie is HuckleBuckle and I need another bottle, because I'm almost out. ::sob, sob::

I'd like to try Essie but it's expensive here in New Zealand and hard to find, I'd like to try their mint that everyone raves about and tart deco looks really pretty or maybe bright tights

Essie has some great polishes. My all-time favourite is, of course, Starry Starry Nights. (C'mon Essie, re-release this one!) And I'm currently head-over-heels in love with Sew Psyched!

Mistress Zombie said...

I personally dont own any Essie and was detered from buying it when I read about the company not being cruelty free. I dont think I would ever buy their polish because of that unless they change the policy.

Brenda said...

wow! I really love these colours. Especially Material Girl! <3

Thanks for the giveaway and goodluck everyone!

I like Essie polishes, but I find they are often more expensive and have fewer choices than China Glaze. I think my favorite color is "A Damsel in a Dress" or "Bikini with a Martini"

JQ said...

Just e-mailed with my entries! Thanks for the giveaway! I covet Mint Candy Apple, Sew Psyched and Pretty Edgy from Essie! :)

Thank you!

I love Essie's formula...pre L'Oreal anyway...
I really like her 'edgier' colors and own many of them.
Midnight Cami always calls my name though I've not picked that one up yet, and Tart Deco is another I'd love to have.

I only own one Essie right now but it was the perfect colour at the perfect time! I was looking for a purple sheen nail polish to wear to my best friend's mom's funeral this past June and I stumbled upon Main Squeeze completely by chance, it was exactly what I wanted and such a beautiful colour! Helped get me through a tough day...

Kori said...

So exciting! I emailed you my entry...I also love all Essie polish, but my favorite is Raven...so enter me twice more!

Don't forget to check out my Christmas giveaway if you haven't already!

I know that Essie has got some gorgeous colors and I really like their latest summer collection! Every nail polish was pure perfection!

I only own two bottles of Essie, the colors are amazing, but the application was a little streaky on the ones I have. My friend has the color Sew Psyched, & I fell in love with it when I tried it on! It looks even more amazing layered with glitters, China Glaze Shooting Stars!
