Payment needs to be made via Paypal, and if there are associated fees, the buyer needs to accept those fees rather than pass them off on me please.

I will then make a shipping label to get the exact shipping cost and send you back a total amount due including shipping and you can then make a payment via paypal. 
Now that this has been going for a week, it seems 90% of the time flat rate box for $5 is the cheapest way to go.  I still get a quote for each order just to be sure though

Once payment has cleared your polish will be shipped within a day if at all possible.
